The mission of Triumph Actuation Systems Aftermarket Services Group is to support our customers as a
model 21st Century, world-class company. As a small company, we are able to provide maximum
responsiveness and value to our customers in delivering our high quality components. For over
Sixty (60) Years, Frisby has been a preferred supplier to the U.S. Government and for virtually
every major airline. The company is Boeing D1-9000 approved and is recognized as a strong,
innovative, and highly responsive operation. The goal of our Aftermarket Services Group is to
minimize downtime and maximize flight time for our customers.
The Aftermarket Services Group currently provides spares and repair and overhaul support to customers
worldwide. Our experienced staff, including service engineers and technical specialists, is available
around the clock to handle the demands of the operators. Repair turnaround times are kept to an absolute
minimum. If an operator has an immediate need, we maintain an inventory of LRU’s for quick exchange. A
complete inventory of piece part spares is also maintained for immediate shipment to our customers in
support of their maintenance programs. Our approach to aftermarket support is simple: handle the issue
quickly and to the complete satisfaction of our customer.
The level of support for customers around the world is second to none. The Frisby Aftermarket staff
maintains communication with our customers worldwide through Email, direct mail, FAX, and periodic
on-site operator meetings. The Aftermarket staff attends many aviation trade shows in order to enhance
opportunities to garner valuable feedback from our customers. We keep our customers informed, stay in
touch with their special needs, and make sure we deliver the very best product and service in the
shortest time and at the lowest cost.
